Ruess Group is an international marketing and communications agency headquartered in Stuttgart, with offices in Munich and Leipzig. Since 2005, we have supported corporations and leading mid-sized B2B companies in growing internationally, strengthening their brands, and building trust.

Those who join us quickly take on responsibility for demanding projects with international clients. That’s why we expect care and professionalism from the very beginning – including throughout the application process.

Our recruitment process typically includes the following steps:

  1. Application documents – CV, cover letter, certificates, and, if applicable, work samples. This helps us understand your motivation and qualifications.
  2. Initial feedback – You will receive a response within a few days.
  3. Meet-and-greet day – Spend a day at our office: gain insights into the team, exchange ideas with colleagues, ask all your questions – and depending on the position, complete a small task or have an additional conversation with our HR consultant.
  4. Decision & contract – Transparent, straightforward, and based on mutual respect.

Our goal is an application process that is clear, fair, and appreciative – and demonstrates from the outset that we value mutual trust and a long-term collaboration.

Naturally, we apply this knowledge to ourselves as well. We are consistently working to further reduce our already low carbon footprint. Since 2021, we have offset the remaining emissions.
